Parent School Association
The Parent Staff Association (PSA) is a small hardworking group who help to organise events and raise money to help pay for the little extras at Wilson. Over the years we have organised quiz evenings, family discos as well as sing a long movie nights.
Regular events that are organised by the PSA include the Christmas and Summer discos which are extremely popular as well as the Easter raffle and cake sales. The summer fayre is the biggest fundraiser and this is a great opportunity for the local community to get involved.
The PSA has also helped raise funds by selling second hand school uniform after school and during the summer months held the popular Freeze Pop Friday sales.
All the events organised has raised money to be spent to benefit the children at Wilson. Some of the items purchased have been balance bikes for Nursery and Reception, equipment for the ‘Take a moment’ group as well as funding for a bench in memory of our site controller, Steve.
The PSA meets once a term and are always looking for new members so do get in touch if you would like to get involved.
